Hosting For anime ?

    Hi

    Which web hosting company is allowing hosting for the anime site i heard that godaddy and other big hosting company don't allow hosting for anime site

    HostGator would be a good web host to go with. I am sure that GoDaddy allows hosting of anime websites yet they more then likely don't allow for the hosting of copyrighted videos.

    I use Servedom for my hentai and anime website. They are located in Netherlands so it's 100% safe.

    They ignore copyright dmca as long as you are only Embedding videos from outside sources like youtube, megavideo, veoh, etc

    Godaddy shut me down because I put the embed of a youtube pokemon video on my site....don't use them.

    Exactly. Any site that gets shut down for "hosting anime" was more than likely shut down because they were streaming copyrighted videos and their registrar got served with a DMCA notice. Anime itself is a completely legitimate niche. Copyright infringement is a real issue though.

    How about getting a VPS and putting on legal material . I guess you would be fine

    there is a no benefit after all i think many famous animes are copyrighted

    yes you are right :) maybe i will try Netherlands hosting companies because they are allowing any kind of web hosting

    If you don't fool copyright (and have an excessive use of traffic) it will be ok with godaddy. However, you should use dedicated servers.

    Most of the comments come from shared clients.
    It's hard to host a decent shared offshore hosting and make profits once you get bigger, you will attract a lot of bad clients who will bring your shared servers down.
    That's why wrzhost doesn't provide any shared services anymore so it can focus on the other clients to give them perfect support.

    Depends if you get copyright complaints or not. If you don't get any complaints, you could run this on a VPS.
