Does Bluehost is good for host 30-50 directories (10.000 subcategories each)? Does my 30-50 directories will kill their CPU?

DreamHost would be a good choice as well. I know they can handle it, as I had it once with them a while back.

I heard that DreamHost closes accounts if user have a farm links. I have tnx.net, receivelinks... installed on my directories.

2nd thing, what is speed of DreamHost or Bluehost, do you have any website addresses hosted on DreamHost or Bluehost for check? Speed isnt so important for me, because I have directories only for SEO but maybe server's speed is important for fast google spider indexation.

What if I will be cashing all files from MySQL on FTP? If I have cashed data on FTP, then CPU won't work hardly?

Are you kidding? 100,000,000 page views/month and you wanna host it on a shared host? You need a dedicated server dude!!

Currently I don't have dedicated server and all works fine - only 20-30 GB of monthly transfer. Web site optimization is the key.

20-30 GB Bandwidth is all cool. :) But if it uses the 1 GB up in a few mins, that should be a problem. great going and good luck! (Btw, we can host you too if you like, as long as you use what you claim to use :))
