Hey, I bought this hosting directory a few days ago but I realized im out of weight to achieve my goal, and also out of money cause i bought 2 more sites on DP. So well i tought I'd sell this one with the min bid just slightly higher of what i paid for it. So far it has made me $1.67 off 2 clicks in 2 days of the site being up. Once again there is nothing wrong with the site, I even improved the adsense look from what he had. I made it so that it looks like directory listings. With some traffic it will do good. Being a old domain someone with the right weight amount can do wonders with this high paying keyword. Min: $300 BO: $450 The value in this price is the PR of the site, the age of the site, and the high paying keywords. Im not basing this price in the current adsense earnings or anything else.
