If they won't answer you and allow you to purchase more bandwidth or upgrade your plan, your only choice is going to be to find a different host. Not sure why they wouldn't contact you.

If they provide you with such service, I think the best way to solve your issue is to find another hosting provider.

If you have bandwidth exceeded, than just ask your host to upgrade your plan or buy more bandwidth

Moreover you will have to ask them about what more options you have for plan upgrade, instead of you waiting for their support reply, just ask for plan upgrade

Really if your site is suspended and they will not answer your tickets to buy more transfer. Its time to bail that host and find another.

My site was also affected with same bandwidth issue before one week. My site was down for 30 hours. After upgrading bandwidth it was starting. When I raised this issue with my hosting provider, he told me to upgrade bandwidth with upgrade plan. If I would upgrade plan with same hosting provider then it is becoming more costly to me. Due to this reason I am thinking to go with some good hosting company. As per my thinking it is better solution.

Its always cheaper to buy a Package then pay for addon service.

Just the way it works :)

    How many bandwidth you used?

Its time to change to new host that offer higher bandwidth.

    - Is your website really reached their bandwidth limit?

    - Have you read their term of use (TOS) / service condition agreement before signed up with them?

If your website has reached their limit then just complain to them won't help you anything. You may either consider upgrading bigger package with them or switch to another hosting company. There are many hosting companies which will allow (virtually) unlimited bandwidth. Your website will safe as long as your website does not has a huge amount of traffics like a hundred thousands daily.
