    The site has only been running a short time but we have 60 paid members and 15 free accounts, the limits are endless to the amount of revenue you can return from this type of site. the aime for the buyer will be to market the site!

    The site is custom and unless it has been stolen from me then to my knowlage it is unique.

    I have the 60 clients on our old plans at £14 per month, it currently costs me nothing as i paid the hosting for a year. I normaly pay £3 per new customer.

    You should read what the seller wrote..according to him it is a unique template.

    The seller should start over again. People (including myself) want to know:

    Exact Revenue
    Exact Costs
    Number of Customers
    Age of Website
    Lenth of time customer has been with you (just an average for all is fine)
    Everything included (all domain names)

    add some screenshots to the above and you've got a decent sales thread :)
