Hello Freddy, i talked to ur live chat with a guy called Salman and he told me that u don't allow this kind of hosting ..

iam still lookin for a hosting company that allow me to link to warez downloads,

 

I would highly recommend looking for someone with offshore hosting and especially not someone in North America. Otherwise eventually they'll receive a complaint from their provider and they will either shut your site down or their entire machine will get shutdown. If they claim otherwise they clearly have not receive DMCA complaints before.

Well, I'm not sure on what to choose to be honest about where to look offshore.

But the providers people use on here have very strict policies with regards to sites linking or hosting warez content. I've used a lot of these providers and have dealt with DMCA complaints. To believe that people here are some how immune to these complaints is very naive.

Of course north america would be faster for your users. So you need to weigh the risk here. You could always make sure to make backups and if things go down you quickly are back up somewhere else. But if you'd rather not deal with it then outside of north america is always better with regards to content such as warez.

 

yesterday i signed up with wrzhost.com but i found that there servers are really slow .. maybe coz they r located in HK ?

Today, i just has finished registration with cmodz-hosting.info (as TEE06 pmed me with good offer) .. i hope there servers will be fast and good as they located in Canada.
