    www.polurnet.com does. I just paid them and so far they seem really nice and have the best reviews i have seen for a webhost. i told them about my past hsot experiences and they replied with greatness! I suggest them! :)

    Some of the hosting companies charges an additional fee for unverified paypal account , say you transfer $10 from your paypal to the hosting account
    you may find only $8 added in your hosting account
