    hi,

we are looking to get out of selling master reseller hosting. we plan to revert back to selling just whm and cpanel accounts.

additionally, we are interested in taking offers to aquire our master reseller hosting accounts and striking a deal for master reseller hosting sign ups.

currently we get 1-5 new sign ups per week from natural search engine rankings and currently have about 35 master reseller accounts @ approximately 17.95 a month.

    hi,

i am sorry. i have left out an important detail. the master reseller hosting accounts that we currently have will only be sold as a single entity. please base your offers off of how many months revenue you are will to pay for the accounts.

    hi,

we still plan on selling hosting. we just want to restructure our internal architecture and server architectures. to do this we need a break from the master reseller world. we are not really leaving. we just wish to exit this particular sector of the market.

    1) their software sucks
1 a) we are tired of watching people come and go because the software
sucks. the clients we are selling have been with us for 4-8 months
    and are rather stable.
1 b) all clients have been prepped for a migration and there has been no
indication of complaint, cancellation or problems.

    2) their support sucks
2a) we are migrating to another data center because iweb sucks
2b) i think the license is expiring soon and they are like bigfoot. it is
rumored that people actually work at deasoft but no one has ever
seen or heard from them. it has been a week now for a license reset.

    3) we want to focus on whm and cpanel accounts only and provide quality. our site is selling many of them and we have the recipe to win in this market.

    4) much easier to manage from our perspective because the software sucks

    5) we are going to create our own whmreseller software but code it in perl/cgi and php like it should be and not c++. we also want to create new addons/whm plugins that are desperately needed by hosting companies and plan to leverage our rankings to compete with the jack@asses over at deasoft

    6) we want to take the time to re-set up our whmcs and iron out the differences between kinks in whmcs and kinks in whmreseller

    7) we plan to use the money from selling of those clients to make this happen

    8) we may have left a point or 2 out. if i think of them later i will post them

I do not blame you a bit. I put in a ticket with Deasoft, and it never got answered. I kid you not, that ticket is still there to this day, and to my knowledge it hasn't even been answered. Supposedly someone owns the company and has a staff, but it has eluded me. Now, the deasoft forums don't seem to work. Haven't been able to get in myself.

    hi,

the future with them is to bumpy. if they fold everyone folds. we will develop it internally the right way and put it on the market and steal everything from them.

:) we rank above them for their own software.....google the term "whmreseller", "whm reseller", "master reseller" or just about any other combination there of or even around that concept.

Sorry to see you leave, but I completely understand. Deasoft answers tickets by terms of months instead of days. Sometimes I wonder, where is everyone there?

Anyrate what is the pricing you're looking at?

    hi,

we are taking offers. bidding can start at 6 months revenue. certified bank check only. client keeps all new accounts acquired after deal is struck assuming payment comes. if the buyer backs out and a significant change in revenue occurs then the deal may be renegotiated(yes it has happened, we have had as many as 7 signups in one day).

    hi,

we would prefer to deal with clients inside the united states only. there are time contstraints on the clearing of overseas checks.

    thanks,

    hi,

we are only selling part of our client base. we are keeping all whm and cpanel accounts and only selling the master reseller accounts. how are we supposed to divide them? pick and chose? by payment type? by payment gateway?

it starts getting into gray area? it seems that multiple people are interested. if you want to work out a deal amongst yourselves i have no problem with a split payment from a couple of people.

simply indicate your partner and intent to split the accounts, decide how you want it split and both make successfull and cleared payment. we reserve the right to not cash the check without both of them and would refund if once bounces.

we don't want to sell part of them and deal with the left over part.....that will be a hassle.

i ran the numbers and the yearly revenue is: $9,167.42

Well I mean, i would randomly split up clients between a few people, IE if someone pays $600, they get $100/mo in clients.

    hi,

we would prefer not to split them in that tiny of a pieces. 2 at most just because we don't want to deal with deasoft anymore.....and the 2 of you have some posts in and seem like you would take care of them....oh yea... and there is hassles about the short end of the stick.

we want them to go to quality hosting and associate them with you through me as if they are still in my hands.

the last 2 that replied seem like they have some posts and would do an ok job. if you start running into two many some are bound to go to a southward hosting company. cook something up. put something together.
