Hosting business for sale - with revenue - %100 custom design

    Hey

    Im looking to sell my hosting business. Due to having another baby quite soon i am not able to run the business.

    It has a %100 custom unique design (5 pages) It has whmauto pilot installed (whmautopilot.com $120, along with helpdesk software ($50). It also has a domain registration function so that you can manage all domain transactions, ($30)


    All software will be included in the sale apart from the 2checkout license.

    Clients:
    1 Client currently pays $6.00 per month and has done for the last 4 months.
    1 Client pays $45 per year

    The site gets on average 20-40 uniqe visits per day, mostly search engine and webmaster traffic. I have not promoted the web site so much, i have paid for a few blog posts and some paid links a while ago.

    I am open to offers.

    So your getting around $120 a year in revenue then minus your server, domain and advertising costs, and you want $500 for it? BTW how much are the server costs?

    Please be aware that you are not just buying the clients. Software alone will run into $200... the 5 page custom design that i had made at $200. A very unique, and i may say valuble domain name. Then also the 2 clients.

    Right now i am on a private reseller.
