Hosting Business For Sale making $1,000 a month

Hello I am selling a complete hosting business already setup and making money online as I type this.
Its almost making something everyday with a lot of days making more then others.

I am not going to post the url here because I would like to keep this private and make a quick sell.

The hosting company is making over a $1000 a month but I am saying a $1000 to cover myself because it is making a little more then that a month.

I am asking only 1 years fees for this site which is only $12,000.00 and I am only looking to show this to one or two people so please be interested and have funds available.
