    The site was pending sale and I even drafted a contract with the buyer. Even though the sale completed a few days ago, yesterday I received an email from the buyer informing me that he had not really budgeted carefully for th e purchase of this business and was relying on the income to pay for the servers. Since the payment form the 2checkout won't be received until next month, he was now in a predicament because of his poor planning.

    I could take the matter to court and enforce an order since he signed the contract in agreement to purchase the business but that would take time and resources which I cannot afford. So I am offering the business for sale again.

    The new BIN is $4500 if anyone is prepared to meet this, then the site is yours.

    Before making a BIN offer, please please please ensure the following:

    A) You have the funds to cover the purchase of the business as well as funds to cover the servers hosting costs.
    B) You are familar with the AWBS system that powers the site (available at awbs.com)
    C) You are technically able to support the various issues that may arise and that you fully understand how domains, hosting DNS, Subdomains and any related issues work.

    Please do not make offers as I know the business is worth well in excess of $5000

    Yes, just heard from trippyvibes the site is back in auction!

    I made this hosting business from scratch and invested a least 2000 hours into it. It is 15 months old and booming with traffic and sigups and orders.....it was all too much for me with my PhD study commitments.

    I highly recomend this site if you are seriouse about taking over the hosting business! Feel free to PM me if you have questions and I would be happy to answer.

    If you have the money to buy....I garrantee you you will make the return in less then 6months or much sooner if you are willing to put in a few hours a day to promote via promos.

    Chris earlier you mentioned you are not willing to sell the customers themselves. I am willing to pay you pretty well for each customer wants to make the switch. Please let me know if you change your mind on this.

    Hi, I am flooded with pms and will address them all tomorrow as it is very late here. trippyvibes is away in business at the moment so is hard to contact and this is causing delays in the PM's as I need to consolt with him.

    You could also PM him is you like also.

    I have to get the stats for the site back online also as the PW was changed when the last sale went through .... should be fixed soon and I will send out PM's when this is done.

    From what I know, the site is still for sale and there are no bids. the BIN is set at $4500 which is very low! This is because we are so very busy with other projects at the moment and have very little time.

    The highest bid was achieved at SP for $3200 but the reserve was $4000

    If anyone cares to bin at $4500 the site and all customers will be theirs. I am very reluctant to sell for any less than $4500 (current bin price) as the site is worth much more than that.
