Do hosting company automatically saves all the files of customer's websites urls on daily basis as back up files or do we have create our own back up files for each of the urls in cPanel? How it works?

Some do and some don't but it's never a guarantee. It's too much of a liability to take but generally, hosts do offer back ups but they may not be the ones you expect to get.

Your investment into your website warrants BACK UPS! I as a host will tell you nothing is 100%, EVEN if the host says back ups are being done! Don't take that at face value.
Back your data up as if was your time, money, sweat, frustration and perfection( OH wait it is ). Saving it takes 3 minutes a day!
Don't EVER rely on some one else to control a OPPS the hard drive crashed.
At that point your time and energy are NOT GONE!
Simple have the account created. Upload the Home directory back up and MySQL back up that you DID LAST NIGHT!
And you are 100% up and running while others are bitching!

    End of story

Yes did you visit the link I gave you! You will see a video link.
    But any ways.
In your cPanel account. You have 2 buttons
Choose the one that says back up > CLICK> Next page> download home directory> CLICK> A down load screen will pop up in front of you! click save or bla bla in a safe location
Do that to the MySQL in the same page by clicking on your MySQL name
It will open a screen to down load it.

Now restore, same thing,, click back up > restore HOME Directory> Open and find the LAST back up you took, Click on it and go.. let cPanel do the rest
    Repeat steps for the MySQL

On a very STRONG side note: :::: IF your host does not have client back ups enabled! LEAVE!
If you can not take backups 7 days a week or even restore back ups! LEAVE

All our clients know it is important! Even we do back ups! BUT What if the back up drive crashes!
Trust your hosting to your host!
Trust your back ups with yourself!

Depends on your host; however it is recommended that you take regular backups of your database and other files. I have seen quite a few people loose years of hard work because they were too lazy to backup on their own!

Not all hosts do, but we do this. It is the best thing to avoid problems for clients.

Backups based on 24h schedules, sometimes 12h schedules when the there is alot of usage.

Yes but regardless if a host does or not it is still very impotent to have your own current back ups. You never know what will happen. the host may go out of business, files may get damaged, or the files may be old.. what ever the situation and I am not referring to anyone, it is just precautionary measures, as these are just machines and system failures happen to everyone, even the big dogs...
