Hosting advice

Could someone suggest any good paid hosting(reliable and not costly)? Also I'd want to know if shared hosting is safe? Because as a newbie I dont want to invest more on hosting and other stuff.

shared hosting is safe and is what you will be receiving assuming you aren't spending more than about $20.00 per month (even then, it is likely a shared server).

Anyhow, there are a couple of things you should be leary of and that is unlimited disk space and unlimited bandwidth. Both are just a myth and aren't actually true. I'm going to go ahead and throw my company out there to you, TravSolutions.com. However, HostGator is very popular and has pretty good service too. They would be my second choice.

 

I can't recommend anyone, because I am having -ve feedbacks with many.You have to be very caution before select one.

 

Lots of good webhosts that are cheap out there, I'd suggest ThinkHost or WebHostingPad, I mostly use BlueHost myself. Check my sig for reviews of other web hosts.

I agree with the recommendation of hostgator. Also I've been using lunarpages shared hosting since April 07 with many sites on it and have had no issues on there end.
