hosting a website in uk server

    i am not living in UK, iam living in other country but i want to host my website in UK server because my website is for UK people. my question, is it necessary to host my website only in UK webhosting company or anyother webhosting company from the country in which i live:)

    It wont really matter to be honest but if you host it in the UK it will reduce loading time but not much

    I would agree. It is not needed to host in the UK. But it would be faster tough.

    not much difference, but still yes it is, If you host in UK, it will help to rank quickly on google co uk

    The difference would be couple of miliseconds if you host your website outside UK, but if you are planning to run a big network, it can sometimes differ the timing if the speed matters the most for you. I have my personal experience with webhosting.uk.com, they are quite good. I have tried their windows VPS only, can't say about the other options. But undoubtedly, they got a+ network.

    Ask from several web hosting provider for downloadable files to check the speed.
    You can also ping their IPs or run website speed tests online.

    Speed is important. Visitors will not wait long for a website to load.
    Also, to improve the loading speed of your site, try to compress images, css, javascript files.
