I am putting the finishing touches to a site, which sells products drawn directly from Amazon, using a souped-up Affiliate feed. I want to have the .co.uk of the site hosted on my normal hosting in the UK, linking to Amazon.co.uk and feeding the local market. This is fine, and I'm sorted. I also want the .Com alternative to be a clone site, which takes its feed from Amazon.com and services the US and worldwide audience. I have a GoDaddy Account, but is it good enough to host on, I've heard some differing opinions? Also, how do I ensure my .com site is located on US servers - or is there anywhere else I should be looking? Is it just as simple to host the .com on my UK hosting and try to service the US market from there, or will the SEs even acknowledge it exists in the US? What effects will all this have on my SEO, will my .com even show up at all on the US stage?
If you are targeting US Market I suggest you to go for hosting on US Server rather than going to host it on UK server. Yes its just as simple as you host on UK server. Why not contact a provider that gives you option of UK/US Server hosting.
You are going to want to go for hosting located in the USA. If you host it in the UK, you can still go into webmaster toolbox and tell it that it's targeted to the USA, but it's not a great user experience because the load times over in the US will be slower.
