I am sure that others are having the exact same problem with Hostient.com -- they are not responding to any support tickets or e-mails -- no phone support is available. This has been going on for weeks now. Right now, I have no access to one of my wp-admin accounts. They keep using automated responses for the support tickets, and also saying "We are currently expecting high volume tickets, do expect a delay in response" scrolling at the top of the web page. I have tried at least four different e-mails to contact them, and it has been weeks now with absolutely no answer? Another thing their support does is close open tickets after a couple of days, even before dealing with the initial support ticket. Obviously, I do not recommend Hostient.com for any web hosting services.
