Funny they call them selves hungry host.

Because they will surely go hungry and out of business based on there customer support. I had the misfortune of trying to buy an account from the dumkaufs.

After 24 hours having not received a setup email I opened a ticket to ask for my account. I was not rude at all about it.

Then they started closing my tickets, not responding etc. I became a bit up set about this and asked them to resend the setup email and to change my setup domain b/c I didnt want to use there dns as I have customers on that server.

The clowns decided I was to much trouble for asking what I have paid forand just refunded my money and kicked me out for asking the most basic questions.

Can I get a password reset you couple of hungry losers? Guess not. Here was there lame brain response.

Please do not pay again. We can't serve you.

    Regards,
    Erik

DONT buy from these rude Hungarians. I found out thats where they are from thus the name. I definately lost my appetite dealing with these bozos.
If they cant handle customers even asking for simple things then WTF are you doing in the hosting business for?

I was very polite with them but they acted all rude and smarmy towards me. Thanks god I didnt put any files or customers on there server!

If you are trying to run a business avoid these amatuer nerds.

A google search revealed alot of other bad comments about them scamming I should have been more careful.

At least they returned my money. Sigh - good luck finding reliable hosting folks it aint that easy.
