The server is up again, but I am getting those error on EVERY site that use the same script.

Edward I had finally fixed my cms (no thanks to you), due to a bad script in the root directory from fantastico.

now today i wake up and i log in to my admin panel to see the Folders permissions have been changed.
and everything is unwritable. What in the world are you doing to the folders?

they were fine yesterday and now i am getting configuration.php is : Unwriteable

The Canadian Law obligate any transaction via internet a 30 day refund policy, and that not only in Canada. It's samply because we paid for something we didn't receive. So you can't say no refund. (I don't know about Usa law). Most of hosting company offer 30 day refund, that is not because they think its fun to give a "free" month, it's because some country obligate them to do so.

Edit: By the way, I need to reinstall all the script on every website cause I did lose some important thing. Just puting back the right CHOMD didn't fix it.

 

He does not have to offer a refund policy, although this is ridiculous and as a webhost its very unprofessional to not offer any refund policy especially a host with as many problems as yours... I mean first it sucks that theres no whm master reseller software so if you buy his reseller and actually manage a good amount of customers its a pain to have to manually email them everytime to upgrade a users account to a reseller. Now im experiencing short downtime crashes but they will only last a few minutes.

We are not govern by the canadian law. We are only govern by the Singapore law. The chmod was changed automatically after the restart.

There is whm included. It is cPanel/WHM.

Our server load is always maintain at a very low level. I believe there are some other issues with the server. Our admin is looking into the whole matter seriously now.

One day the template is writeable, then suddenly its not, and CHMOD 777 fails.

I think youre all being a bit harsh. The hosting is good overall, its just that currently it seems to be one error after another. Im sure it will all be fixed soon.

 

Yes this is because they like to play around with the files and reset stuff. they dont relize this makes people have to go in and reset it all.

this is not the only issue, i have had several issues with the hosting, and each time i asked for help they gave me really bad support. by telling me to go read somthing or telling me to do something that i have obviously told them i already did.
