yeah same... He told me 24/24 support, but when I need help, he is never there... my 5 sites are down now.. losing tons of traffics. Its not only 15$ dude, you lose traffics, and that traffic won't comeback cause they think you are close...

All I ask is to be able to make a back-up of my website, and maybe money back...

 

Support-wise, it's fine. It's just that he is not the one who will fix the things, he always relies on his technicians and administrators.

yah, you can never succeed without trying but maybe next time you guys should research and make an informed decision.

 

We are having a short maintenance. Please be patient. My server admin is trying to resolve the error 500 that few of the users are experiencing. We will be up online very soon.

yeah rating the way he replies and gives support is simply fine. But technical difficulties every now and then is just unbearable.

Me and Barons share the same opinion i.e. we are losing traffic.

See my bad luck, google indexed my site on the wrong time... My bad

 

Please bare with us for a short while. My server admin is working very hard to resolve all the issues. Currently backing up all the data to move it to another server. It will be done very shortly.

All users from digitalpoint are placed on the main server together with our main website. However, other users are placed on different servers. Only digitalpoint and some other users are affected today.
