I didnt receive instant setup either and they don't own the master reseller software for WHM. To setup a reseller if you buy the master reseller you have to email them for a reseller account to be setup. For me, its not much of a problem I just wish he had mentioned it in his original post as a heads up for people as it is a big issue. Anyway, great hosting though.

the service from hostgod.net is undisputedly GREAT . Server is up and running at full speed.

My humble request though is to have the GD Feature Installed. I'm sorry if I had lots of emails regarding this request. Some of my sites will not be working without it. But customer service and service wise >>> you can 100% count on HostGod.net. They're pretty new on the market, but they do have a great future on the hosting business. One hint...they "ABSOLUTELY" DOES NOT OVERSELL that's why their XEON servers are working awesome!
