i bought a hosting from you, i got this in the mail, I really have no clue what to do ? I need to make accounts and packages can you please help

how to set name servers ?

and there is no create a package option in WHM

Hi,

We have added reseller privileges to your account, you may now create new accounts. As for nameservers, that is just for you to point your own private name servers should you choose to use your own name servers rather than ours.

As for creation of accounts, please login to your WHM and under account functions, you will see the option to create new accounts.

Just want to comment on the outstanding support and experience with this host. Uptime has been excellent- so has speed. The few minor blips were dealt with in a matter of minutes, literally. The server itself is stable, and there's plenty to go around. This outstrips LunarPages and HostGator.

DB Hosts- you probably want to PM Edward to get your account running, since he treats every customer personally and signs them up manually, rather than automatic machine-made account creations that you may be used to by now.

Can i host a downloading site

Ive had quite a lot of people telling me that buying my reseller from HostGod was a mistake, but I have had no major problems at all.
There has been a very small amount of downtime and a few small issues within whm/mysql/ftp, but other than that its been good so far.
Im a bit weary from what people on here are saying, I dont want to get my account terminated.
