I'm trying to figure out which of these three, (Hostgator vs. HostNine vs. ResellerZoom), to choose for my reseller account. Please, no offers of hosting, I'd just like anyone who has had personal experience with any of these three to post their experience.

    Good or bad.

    Thanks!!

I have used resellerzoom. I can vouch that their service good, if you actually intend on starting up a hosting company I'd highly recommend them. You also get a free WHMAP key to use which is very nice. The only complaint I have against them is that if you need help with script installations and things like that it will cost you money. This is probably fairly common for any large host though as they have to spend more time on support. Most small companies that provide reseller accounts will be more inclined to help you free, but you also risk security and reliability.

I'm using both. Both are very good but hostgator connection speed better than RZ.

Hostgator has gone downhill recently. i signed up with them after good reviews from DP members only to find 6 weeks later i had to cancel my account and mover servers due to huge amounts of downtime.

Hostgator and Hostnine are the same company :) And you may see Lunarpage is another hosting company which comes from the same sistering. All three run under same management, but under different leaderships.

Can't confirm a tie up between Lunarpages and Hostgator. Bluehost and Hostmonster is an old (well known/publicised) hat. Hostnine has a ioncube pre-installed which seems like quite a neat feature and should accomodate really busy sites.

What you mean primary hosting company ? So, you are saying my hosting company is like what secondary or something, i am sorry to differ on that.

    Good luck.

Like ZaxiHosting said above, all of those seems to be overselling.

    What is an ioncube?

I don't believe I said anything at all about your hosting company. No need to get insulted. By "primary", I meant the originators of the hosting event, the people who own and operate the data centers.

Actually, I didn't say that either. What I did was ask a question. If you have the answer I'd love to hear it.

Ioncube is one of the best PHP accelerator/script caching solution available. They also have Zend Optimizer pre-installed which is not too common either.
