Why you don't test both and see what convert best on your site?

I had no problems with Hostgator. They sent me checks for referrals the following month. The only minor negative (and I even contacted their support about this) is how long it takes for their affiliate service to load up since it has to log the visitor's user information into their database. However they did pay the amount I was owed right away so that is what matters most. If you are interested in other high paying affiliates please check out this topic:

I think both are reputed one, if you have two sites you should go with both.

I had experience using hostgator and it seems they have a good stat. However, after almost 2 months, I got no single sale. so I drop it out. they also have a high pay out too.

I personally dont like godaddy. their control panel sucks!
