Would anyone care to compare the two, for their $9.95/month plans? I use hostgator ($9.95/month) for one web site, and doteasy (free) for another. Doteasy are offering 6 months at a discount for thier $9.95 plan and was wondering if they are better than Hostgator. For me the main things to look for are flexibility, creativity, service and reliability. Dean
"For me the main things to look for are flexibility, creativity, service and reliability" Wouldnt you know that if you are using them ?
if you are using them, you should know as chowbow said above but my vote goes for hostgator. also hostgator offers unlimited databases as compared to doteasy's 100 MySQL Databases
Back at 2002-03 I used DotEasy, don't like them. I used hostgator at 2005, liked them but they "kicked me" for using too many server resources.
I also use hostgator, I think they are excellent. I have the 9.99 baby croc package. Thought you may like to know that I have a review of hostgator on my blog, it has coupons on as well http://www.webbrander.com/i-host-with-hostgator/
Hi, I also use Hostgator and loving it. I have had one incident where a script used too many resources.. now I'm a bit scared to get "kicked". Anyone have suggestions for other hosters with the same price/feature level (at least unlimited domains)? thanks
Dreamhost but I heard they are crap(really awful). I would just upgrade your account with them if you are using too many resources to the semi dedicated.
I'd say HostGator. I haven't heard of DotEasy either; is it legit? All these hosting companies keep popping out of nowhere, lol.
