Usually they are pretty good but this weekend is HORRIBLE. My ticket's been sitting there since Friday night and has been upgraded from low to emergency to critical already, still waiting Anyone else?
Sent enough, they are just being slow this weekend. Got a reply a few hours ago finally and the tech just asked for the root password and I haven't heard back since.
i had a host with them. and usually when i not get feedback in 12 hours or 24 hours,.. i will live chat with them.
My experience with hostgator ended pretty fast. Their support philosophy is like "I dont know, I will forward your ticket here and there"... Dont know why they are so good as some webmasters says. Their plans arent that so good and support... as mentioned.
For US sites = godaddy (support sucks) and StartLogic (like their support and you can contact some of their employes directly by mail) For European sites = ovh .com (dedicated servers)
