Last month(October 15 the 2010)i asked the hostgator sales team and to create a manual invoice for advance payment of my hosting for six months.(P.S-so i made a prepayment for 6 months) September 5 was my due date (as the payment circle was monthly).The have suspended my website.As i have been on vacation,i never knew about this incident.Yesterday i was horrified,my websites were making me $50 a day all those hard work was flushed down the toilet. When i asked the support about the suspension they corrected the mistake and apologized me.I had mailed them for reimbursement but they do not answer me back. I have recommended hostgator to several friends,been a loyal customer,paid my dues on time and this is how the hostgator shows affection to me. Ahh thats horrible, I was about to purchase services from hostgator as I dont like JustHost's customer service. (I've waited on the phone for their customer service for LITERALLY over 6 hours)
I have been using HostGator for more than two years already and never had a problem like that. I think it's just a onetime occasion, not the manner of their work. Even the best fail sometimes. Six hours? That's insane. I have always known that JustHost sucks, but never thought that this much . HostGator is a way better choice, believe my.
I think you understand that they are not only one web hosting company here, so try another one. I hope your further experience with another web host will be much better.
