I'm new to web hosting and i've got a start up company. We want to offer web hosting as part of our service - but not sure what kind of pricing structure to charge clients per month we should implement?

I've gor the $24.95/month reseller package.

Can anybody with a reseller account give me some advice on what packages I should have and what clients should be charged?

BTW im new to all of this so if i've asked the most stupid question imaginable - let me off!!

if i were you i'd sell 4 packages at the minimum with 5 gigs space and 50 gigs bandwidth - 6-8 $ per plan

and 4 package of 1 gigs space and 10 giga bandwidth - [2-4 $ per plan]

    or sell custom plans like

1 gigs space and 10 gigs bandwidth costs 1.5$
ask them how much they need if you sell at above rate you get 36$ in all and 12$ profit

but you can charge more if you like

My tips? Don't start, honestly, another unexperienced host is really not needed. Since you point yourself as new to the hosting marked I assume you are fairly new to dealing with support/protecting your servers, otherwise I must truly exuse my self.

So how do you gain experience? Experience doesnt come with the click of your fingers mate.

We have a new company and instead of outsourcing the hosting, we think its more cost effective to host our own clients ourselves - as well as offering hosting as a seperate service to new clients.

We are new to the hosting market. And yes I'm not experienced in supporting/protecting my servers. Thats the point of posting threads on forums isn't it. I'd rather ask people who know, rather than go blind into something I have no idea about.
