Hostgator problems?

    anyone else have problems with hostgator
    only joined few days ago after good reports

    just terrible un-knowledgeable live support

    very complex way of doing things
    i didnt realise then the domain i used to setup my account would be the only way i could add other domains by using its cpanel

    so had to go to reseller and they made a right mess of some of my sites

    going to give it another week i think

    I lasted less than a week with them. Lousy service and horrible support

    I've had great support with their dedicated server. Are you on shared or dedicated?

    You can't really expect Level 3 support from Live Desk. On live desk, most of the providers only provide Level 1 support. Tickets are the only way to solve critical issues specifically. Hostgator is popular because of their uptime, network quality and server performance. People first like to see those at a cheaper rate ;) Others are important to very few people, though the support isn't that bad from HG ;)
