HostGator or BlueHost?

    You posted this in the wrong section, so might not get too many replies, but if those are your only two choices, Hostgator for sure.

    That said, take a look at reviews from both. Both have been getting horrible reviews lately.

    I've been using HostGator since 2007 for most of my hosting needs. They're pretty solid but they cram a lot of sites onto each of their servers. If you are using scripts that consume a lot of memory you'll have issues with them suspending your service. But other than that I've had no issues.

    Since bluehost was acquired by EIG group, choose HostGator.
