Hostgator for life! They are the best, cheap, easy to manage, user friendly, reliable, fast, what else you want for that cheap? On top of that, their baby plan handling my Google news site with tones of traffic pretty nicely.
I have VPS with host gator and they keep shutting down my site because of high traffic spikes, they never email me at all, and I have to email them and it takes them at least 24-48 hours to reply to an email....very disappointed with their service. I lost a lot in revenue from them shutting my site down for 2 to 3 days and some of my writers stopped writing for my site because of it. Anyone know a better place to host my sites?
I run Hostgator VPS account with no problems. I have the level 5 plan. My average load time according to Alexa is 1.265 Seconds, that is faster than 60% of the websites on the internet. I highly recommend HostGator support I have had no problems with them at all. Vel have you calculated your bandwidth and applied the right package to your account? You might need to upgrade your server.
