hostgator ftp problem

    Hi
    I have just bought an account with hostgator and am having problems accessing them through FTP (I use Filezilla)
    According to HostGator I am meant to have about three or four ftp address but so far can only access one
    And when I do I cant up load files to it as I keep getting a critical error that says it cant start the transfer

    I have sent them a ticket but does anyone have any experience with them

    I am using hostgator for more than a year.
    I host multiple websites under 1 account hence have multiple ftp accounts. I dont see any problem in accessing them.
    They also offer live chat support from their website. You should get a response faster.

    are these ftp address like and
    there are others too but they dont look like addresses
