Hostgator download back up problem

    Okay I created a backup in my hostgator cpanel and it created it succesffuly. The back up 1.8 gb and it only downloads up to 400 mb or so and then the download stops. I am using firefox and I don't know what I am doing wrong and I really need to download the back up. Should I contact Hostgator?
