Hostgator Down?

    Hey guys,


    I just noticed today that all my sites went down on Hostgator.. and Hostgator domain was down so I was wondering if anyone had this issue

    Yea.. seems like they had a down time today, everything went down ( their main domain / phones/ all the sites they hosted even VPS and dedicated servers) but at least they are up now

    Something is going on with them. All of my sites went down for about 10 min the other day. Talk with support and they said that my server went down but since it was back up and running they couldn't figure out why.

    I'm wondering if there making a big move or something right now.

    Either way, I hope my servers stay up as I host a lot of my clients web sites.

    This is probably a consequence of their insane Black Friday offer - they offered 50-80% discounts, I guess they got thousands of new customers in a short period of time and their resources got overloaded probably.

    According to there twitter there whole datacenter was down not server related issues

    Dear usama.....! it is fact that there was a mishap with Hostgator. It is not a big issue to downfall server, it may happen even with a small company or big one no matter.
