Hostgator credit for sale?

I'm going to be promoting hostgator for some hosting ideas and wondered how long it takes for them to credit the sale for payment? So if i make a sale today, how long does it take to credit and make the $$ available for payment? Wasn't sure if they locked in the $$ for a certain time to ensure that the hosting stays valid and not a fake lead...

    thanks all

you should be credited within a couple of hours and yes you are right it will then go into extended for the nest month to ensure that the next billing cycle for the client is processed ok. if they do keep going you will get $100.

Using their affiliate program? Everyone you refer has to be a paying member for 60 days before you get any payment.

I don't know if we're talking about the same thing though.

it would get credited in your balance instantly
but it will get reversed if the customer cancels the accounts before 60 days
and even sometimes they extent it more than 60 days

and for which referral you did n't got paid
had you tried to register your self using your refering url
