Anyone has the same issue as me - since hostgator upgrade their new affiliate system, all my sales in March and April are set to be "Overdued", and i check DNS servers of those overdued sale, I see the customers are still with them. I have sent them serveral email but no reply even after 1 week. Is there something wrong with hostgator.com?
Hostgator is a reputable company, I'm sure they're not trying to do you wrong intentionally. Have you tried getting a hold of them on live chat?
It is better to wait for a considerable period of time. You will definitely hear from them. They are of a great reputation.
I know they are good, and i got paid regularly before. But looks like something has changed since this May. Are you got paid for your commission after that?
Agreed. It may either be a glitch or at the worst perhaps some sort of cashflow issue that's slowing them down - doubt it though. Best way is to call them up.
