Hostgator.com Review

Any one here used hostgator dot com for web hosting.

Review about hostgator services, pricing etc. would be helpful.

I use them for about 1 year. Had a small problem on the first day, something like my user was too similar to my pass so the server denied it without a message. But the support staff fixed it in around 1h. Never had a problem since.

I host 5 sites on a $10 account (around 5000 uniques per day) and never had a problem.

 

HostGator is a great host. What kind of site(s) do you need hosting for?

 

It is best host in net. Nice support,no downtime, super fast speed. Only drawback ....low CPU usage. Good for small site....not for big sites.

I need to host small static and big database driven sites also. Also, need to use few a/c for only ftp purpose.

i have a hostgator hosted website hostgatorreview.org
and currently hostgator hosting is in promotion, aroung $2 saving per month on shared hosting plan

 

hostgator is great... recently moved from 1&1 and loving the 'gator...

I always recommend their baby plan to people looking for shared hosting.

I'd invite all to visit HostGator Reviews and Coupons site to check & read consumer reviews, find coupons.
If you're hosted by hostgator, feel free to add your review (you get a link).

 

Just one suggestion/thought, the panel bar which moves with scroll on your site hostgator-review doesn't looks good, and it is disturbing me so it may disturbing your other visitors, i would suggest please remove it or think on it.
