Will I get $100 commission if my referral hosts with them for 1 month only? If not how many months before we get our $100? And what does this mean, "Locking Period - Standard Actions lock on the 10th of the month, unless extended."
I use CJ for hostgator, I think I have to wait 3 months there to get paid and I think the people need to be a client for 3 months. I think the policy is fair.
To get your $100, which is only the case if you get 11-19 people a month, they must pay for hosting for sixty days. That shows the person is at least a little serious about using the hosting and makes HostGator feel a bit safer.
So if I get 2 per month I don't get my $100? Are there any hosting companies that pay right away, even if its $20 commission, its fine with me.
No, with the CJ program you will get $100 per sign up. The HG in house affiliate program is the one with the $50 payout until you reach 11 sign ups per month. So with the CJ program you have to wait until the person who signs up stays beyond the money back guarantee with hostgator then you receive the commission (payouts usually around 60 days).
So the benefits of not using CJ are.....? I looked at both programs and I can't understand why someone would go with the HG one and not with CJ unless I am missing something.
