Hostgator Billing down?

    My bill for hostgator is ready to be paid but their billing page won't load for me for the past 3 days. Anyone else having trouble paying lol?

    god now my paypal won't even login. I think my connection is somehow refusing secure logins or something, whenever I login to something that makes the addy bar go yellow it never seems to load. WTF?
