Hostgator banned site due to malware

    hi all,
    my site onlinecnatrainingclasses.com got banned saying reason of malware attack.
    Site gets many spammy comments though i have disabled comment box on the site. Any solution how to get back my site?

    Have you tried contacting HostGator support about this? I think you're better off discussing this with their staff.

    delete spam, install antispam, try to recover your site or pick other host

    thnx for all the replies..i have contacted them and asked for the database backup...If i get that i will switch the hosting service.

    Thats more better,
    I also had a horrible experience with them in past.

    Always save your back up including Database to your Local PC.
    Even with Hostgator or any others..

    You are correct on that one. I used them in the past and it was awesome. Now days pages take ages to load and everything just seems slower.

    Delete All Pending Comments...Optimize DB,Check Your .htaccess file for malicious/any unwanted code...
    check your header and footer files,remove unwanted code/malicious...
    Upload fresh wordpress will fix all the problem...
