Hostgator Affiliate program any good?

    i signed up for hostgator affiliate program and wanted to know if its good and do they really pay on sale.

    They do really pay, it's just hard to get traffic is such a competitive niche!

    i also have a cj account and wanted to know whether to place affiliate links directly from hostgator or from cj. which would be better?

    Hosting niche sucks since most of companies have only PPS instead reccuring.

    You know what...I sent a referral to NETFIRMS Hosting directly to their site....even though they are listed in my CJ account...I didn't think of it too much at the time....but then guess what happened? Stupid NETFIRMS said that to get paid out I must send 2 MORE customers.....

    If you use the CJ links...you can get paid out right away....MOST of these HOSTING companies that offer in-house affiliate programs are not good..

    NETFIRMS is a pure example.....ALWAYS use the CJ links...I hate NETFIRMS because they scammed me....WHY not pay me out? IF I used my CJ link, they would have paid out anyways!

    Don't many of the host's extend it for a second month so u have to wait an additional month before your paid? For example: HostGator I think requires that the referral remain with them for 2 months before YOUR paid.
