Hostgator Affiliate Help

    Hi guys,

    i joined hostgator affiliate a week ago.

    when i login, and click referrers, i find 5 links under URL Referer with 5 general n unique links.

    may i know what is it? are these people who just visited hostgator or those who bought accounts from my referrer.

    how can i identify, how many have bought account under me??

    when i click on statistics, i get following:

    Uniques this month:
    5
    Uniques Grand Total:
    5

    General this month:
    5
    General Grand Total:
    5

    Commissions this month:
    0
    Commissions Grand Total:
    0

    Pending Sales this month:

    Sales Paid This Month:
    $0.00

    Sales Grand Total:
    $0.00


    plz help me...give me some guidance...

    My guess is that the uniques represent the number of unique people to click your affiliate link. Unfortunately for you, none of the people who clicked your link signed up for hosting, so you won't get the money.

    Its just that 5 people clicked on the banners and none of them joined it. :)

    If someone joins it, you will get it as a commission in that page.

    Only if they sign up and remain active customers for 60 days do you receive a commission.
