    Yup, you'll need an oversold web host with windows on it. Do you really need that much space and transfer?

    That much space is crazy. You probably dont need that much. Most sites actually only have about 200MB space.

    If you need it, get a dedicated server.

    dedicated windows server will be better for you. The hosts selling this much space(shared hosting) are just overselling,
