This is the kind of abuse i would expect from some1 so young who clearly has to steal clients or get his buddy to do it for him.
The only thing you or your buddy will be dropping is your hacking attempts.

It's a WHMCS vulnerability, if your WHMCS installation is hosted on the same server as your clients, there is an exploit to obtain the WHMCS administrator username and password from the database. I suggest you shift your WHMCS installation to a client-free server.

To prevent this in the future, Just buy a dedicated server for your billing system only. To prevent people from using Shells like C99 or r57 which is commonly uploaded to unsecured servers to gain access to WHMCS's and just about any other site using PHP and SQL.
