I have several sites at Host Surf UK Hosting, but i think i remove it to another hosting as soon as possible. This hosting is one big problem.
Two months ago i pay them monthly payment, but they missing my payment and switch off my account. After day or two,
after my tickets, they find my payment and switch on my account again, but my sites lost they positions at search engines.

And today. All sites from this hosting down from morning. But i think nobody from Host Surf know about this. No e-mail,
no twitter, no news at Host Surf Facebook page.

 

More than 72 hrs, hosting don't work.

 

It's time to search for new webhosting service provider
Just check for the reviews of your preferred webhost before you pay them.

Well, in this cases you may consider to ask for refund and move to a new provider to ease your pain.

 

My hacked account on Host Surf UK are being restored and I am starting to see my sites returning as normal online while their work is in progress.

 

I have 4 sites on Host Surf UK. 2 of them yesterday restored. 2 redirect to Host Surf UK technical pages.
"Live Surrport 24/7" always offline. One of my site at Host Surf UK lost good search engines position during this
days. I remove to another hosting.

When things like this happen we have to work together as a team. We understand customers are angry (just as much as we are) but please stay calm when opening tickets and explain fully errors you are still facing. This will assist us in dealing with your enquiry a lot quicker.

Although this recent hack was quite damaging, HostsurfUK still provides me with good hosting, every host gets attacked, unfortunately HostSurfUK suffered. A lot of hosts are left vulnerable atm since the WHMCS attack since there is a WHMCS exploit program which can pretty much grab your password and gain direct access.

Agreed, you should move to professional providers.

 

So do not blame entirely on HostsufUK, eventhou they are willing to help you out instead of leaving you aside.

 

that is a classic example why you need security service of a third party, as in case of trouble you need someone that can listen and help, check out kyplex
