someone on your computer contacted my live support using a bunch of cuss words i asked over and over not to use disgusting words. **** this and **** that you guys ****** suck....it was yoru ip, i then terminated your account and banned you from the servers and you then contacted me the next day saying you can't access the site...i can 100% guarantee it was your computer, if you don't want this to happen don't let nobody so immature to get on your pc

Yes, obviosly it was my computer or some other computer in the house! But still this was not me who did this! And therefor you banned and terminated me for a reason that was not me! Basicly, you "tought" it was me and terminated me!

You didn't even confirme that it was me! But still you did.. And i still havn't seen this live chat discussion that you are saying have occured!

I would ban you too, Your IP, Your fault. Ill put in a request for this to be locked, Because this will get out of hand.

 

If someone hacks a bank on your pc, its obviously you who will be caught. You should be responsible about your pc.

Offcours i should be responsible for my PC, but i would not be caught if a bank got hacked on my PC! I would get investigated, but not caught at all!

Freedom of speech, he can say what ever he wants to you, yet you can't disable on his account on the basic of him abusing you, unless stated in your tos?

 

Acutally, his TOS does say this! But i belive this got added after this so called conversation found place..

Mainly on time that this should happend! But it will soon be back up, and HostParlor will tell us that they did some network updates! Then after a month they will be completly gone

 

They're back. I doubt they will be gone in a month. It's just a small network problem.

 

no actually it wasnt a network problem. We upgrade nic cards because our download rates where at 30 Kbps ask ac couple customers. We also got one of our servers moved closer to the switch and freddy if you are going to keep abusing me i will again terminate your thread and this time without a refund. I gave you a 2nd chance this time there is no 3rd.

for you being so dissatisfied with us you sure came back and bought more hosting didnt you

I werent in that live chat that your saying i was! And i have never abused any staff or HP in this thread! I have just posted my opinion! Freedom of speach, and i have not broke any US or Europe law, nor have i broke your TOS by giving my opinion!

I have never said that there was a lack of your feature, nor have i said that i am dissapointed! What i have said is that i don't like the way you have handled this "abuse" that my brother did on your live chat..

Well it is your responsibility to make sure these kinds of things happened. If my server went down and i didn't fix it or have my admins fix it and i said to you sorry my brother disconnected the power.................and you had a huge site would that be any different then this situation?
As for you not liking the way i handled it. Would you have rather me kept you banned? Considering even though i know 100% that it was your computer i still believed you and gave you your account back and unbanned your ip......would you rather i have went in the opposite direction?

It is a different matter, my brother didn't disconnect your website! He just disconnected your mature sense of behavior!

That i post my honest opinion were i got terminated and banned from all servers and live support, that is not against your TOS, or any other law! It's a honest review, and i have never stated that Hostparlor provide a lack of service, or that Hostparlor suck ass! I have said the opposite!

But at the same time i have mentioend and talked about how i feel that Hostparlor have handled my situation. And for the last time, yes you are correct it is 100% my computer or some other computer in this house on this damn router! So you can stop saying that now, because i have agreed with you for the 3 time!

You cannot terminate me or shut me down, block me or so on because i post my opinion! I have not called Hostparlor any names, or their staff! Nor have i contacted you one Live Support (sense i am still banned) or trough ticket system! Because i have nothing to contact you about, but i have still just posted my opinion on the matter were you terminated me..
