Host cuts part of your Adsense revenues!

I used to use bravehost/bravenet to test the potential of my new sites before buying a domain name, etc. No problems thus far.

But today I uploaded a beta index.htm for a new site to come and saw that bravehost puts an adsense banner of its own on top of the page. This has to very VERY bad consequences:
    1. THEY get the best paying ads
    2. I loose one of the three authorised adsense blocks.

Makes it more difficult, if not impossible, to estimate potential earnings with Adsense on this site.

    Any suggestion?

Bet I will! But I'm sick of all those so called 'free' hosts that change the terms and conditions once your in.

They are free hosts, they did state that they are going to put ads in their pages so I don't see anything wrong on this side.

My suggestion is look for a paid host or look for a free host that does not put ads in your pages.

lol - basically you want to have your cake and eat it too.
leaving no crumbs for the hosting company, giving you
space and the opportunity to experiment while not charging you $$

"I bet your the kind of person that would f__ck a person in the
@$$ and not even have the common decency to give him a reach around,
    i'll be watching you!"

I keep reading these posts about people talking about the downside of free or super budget services. It costs money to make money, and if you're not willing to spend $10 to get your own domain, or $5 a month for hosting, then how can you take yourself seriously in this?

I pay like $5.99 a month to host over 20 websites, really if you cant make that back you shouldnt be using adsense anyways.

Agreed totally, do a search, there are a few very established free hosting on the Internet with no ads and high stability. We are blessed in the Internet age, information and knowledge is the key.
