    I know of it. That's about it, though. It's for the PC, so chances are I may not play it. I'm generally not keen on PC games, and I'd need a very good PC for that type of gaming. Mine's a bit bare bones, so to speak! It is very rare that I buy any horror games for the PC.

    Sorry if I am reviving an old topic here... but Dead Space (and it's upcoming sequel) absolutely is a terror to play. There were times I had to take a break to just 'regain' my nerves... and i couldn't stop going back for more.

    It is available on Steam for like $5US... Definitely worth picking up, the sequel comes out on the 25th in the US and 27th/28th everywhere else.

    So scary games. The Silent Hill franchise, Fear, Bioshock wasn't a 'horror' game technically but I almost jumped in 2 parts of it, Dead Space (haven't played the second one yet) ..

    I know L4D1+2 have zombies but I wouldn't consider either to be 'scary' ... Resident Evil games each had a few parts and while I love them I wouldn't consider them scary either.

    Silent Hill for me is the best horror game. It totally makes me shake whenever I played it. The suspense music add a terrifying role to scare the player of the game and the (ghost or alien) I didn't know what it is suddenly pops out in the middle of nowhere truly makes my skin shiver in fear.
