Earlier today, my brother and I were driving down the highway (State Route 11), heading towards East Liverpool, when suddenly we run across a guy draped over the center cement wall! It was a horrific scene! So we pull over, call 911 and so they were on their way. Once the state trooper came out, he almost slammed into us (probably from shock). So he looks and he couldn't believe it either. Some sick son of a gun we have in this world to kill a person like that and drape them over the center cement wall. So the trooper searches our car and finally we can go on while he calls in to get the scene cleaned up. What would you do? Would you go on like nothing happened just like everyone else, or would you stop and get the proper authorities?
That sounds like a very bad experience for you to encounter... Hmm i think that i would have continued driving onwards and phoned the authorities.
