I just recently decided to start a website and went out and got StartLogic as my host. Well I installed wordpress through their special installer and I got an error, "The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request. The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log." So I went to their ticket system and filed the problem woke up this morning and no response so I waited till 2 in the afternoon and still no response. So I decided to try a live chat, well after an hour of waiting I gave up and decided to call them. As I write I am on the phone with them, I have been put on hold for 50 Minutes now. I am yet to talk to a real person, there hasn't been an interruption or anything saying that they are busy. I plan on staying on the line all night if I have to. Why would a company ever treat their customers with such little care?
