Horrible CTR

This is only my third week of Adsense. The first two weeks went o.k. with a CTR of above or around 1%.
The last 4 days my CTR just dropped horrendously. Its below 0.2% now most of the time. I haven't changed anything, but what a horrible result.
Any tips why this could have happened all of a sudden?

Maybe an advertiser or two whose ads used to appear on your site quit advertising, so now the ads aren't as interesting to your users as they were before.

I just checked your site and to be honest you need some more ads there if you want to get a better ctr
I run a few forums and none of them have a ctr less then 2.0% it does fluctuate from time to time but the monthly average never comes below 2 so I would say you need to place more ads in there to get a better ctr

If you click on any node but the front page you will see there are actually 3. The banner on top is pretty much worthless, the sidebar on the left works best and the two ads at the bottom of the page don't have the best location.
Can you give me some more specific tips?
